Return Policy

If an error on our part is made on your order, we will make the necessary corrections.  Any merchandise you receive that is defective can also be returned as long as it has not been used.  Please notify us within 5 days from receipt of your order and we will determine whether to have you send the product back for us to correct, or if we will just send a new item and have you return the wrong item. Return authorizations must be issued for any return.

We cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn.  Unfortunately, clips and rubber bands cannot be guaranteed.  We use the highest quality available in rubber bands and most clips and rubber bands will break at some point in time depending on their usage. We will be happy to send you new rubber bands or clips if you happen to have one break.  The majority of our hair bows are very easy to attach to a new rubberband if you have a glue gun.  We also suggest not using the hair bow as your rubber band, but put your hair up with a separate rubberband, then attach the bow.
